Registration

To apply for a space in an art class or camp, you can either complete the registration form on line, send an e-mail to sue@artworksstudiob.com or call Sue at 703-790-0671.

Enrollment is confirmed upon my written or e-mail confirmation to you and my receipt of the course fee from you within 15 days of the written or e-mail confirmation.

Acceptance or denial of applications is at the discretion of the director.

Class fee includes all supplies and a class snack. A $10.00 fee might be added to cover larger project supplies or canvases, sketchbooks, etc.

Inquire about 5% sibling discount.

Registration is not complete until class availability is confirmed by Sue Bikoff

Cancellation and Refunds

Due to the fact that I am often not able to fill last minute vacancies created by cancellations, Artworks Studio B has established the following cancellation policy. Please read the following policy thoroughly before applying. Thank you for your understanding.

100% refund, less $10.00 administrative fee for cancellation 45 or more days in advance of the first class.
50% refund, less $10.00 administrative fee for cancellation 30-44 days in advance of the first class.
25%refund, less $10.00 administrative fee for cancellation 21-29 days in advance of the first class.
no refund, for cancellation within 20 days of the first class

Class Cancellations (if I cancel): If a class is cancelled due to an enrollment below the studio minimum of 4, you will be contacted by phone and/or e-mail. You will receive a full refund.
